KSS Location (Koningin Sophiestraat)

As head of the HSV’s KSS location, I would like to welcome you to our school. The HSV offers small learning environments with a maximum of 20 children per class. This ensures that your child receives the very best in attention and guidance from our experienced, internationally-minded teachers. We offer a happy, safe and encouraging place where everyone feels welcome and valued.

Our school on the Koningin Sophiestraat (KSS) is situated in a quieter, residential part of town, 10 minutes’ walk from the Central Station and adjacent to Koningin Sophiepark. It is also our smallest location.

Built in the 1920’s and renovated in 1999, our Koningin Sophiestraat site exudes a warm, welcoming and truly international atmosphere. The school contains many period features and houses just seven international classes, spread over four floors.

It shares a playground with the Lighthouse school for Special Education. Children from the Lighthouse have the opportunity to integrate with classes from the International Department as appropriate.
