VNS Location (Van Nijenrodestraat)

Welcome to the HSV International Primary School website. The HSV is a part of the foundation Stichting Haagsche Schoolvereeniging, which has eight schools entirely under its umbrella. These schools are accommodated in a number of locations in and around the city of The Hague.

We are proud of our teaching staff and curriculum. We do our utmost always to deliver quality teaching that will help children meet the challenges of an ever increasing globalised world. We pride ourselves in personalised inquiry-based education experiences for all learners in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Our school in the van Nijenrodestraat (VNS) is located centrally in a residential part of The Hague known as Waalsdorp which is in the attractive Benoordenhout area. The building itself was built in the 1920s and many art-deco features remain.

This is the International Department’s largest location with two classes per year group – fourteen classes in total. It is easily reached by public transport and is close to many international organisations, making it a very attractive location for many families living and working in The Hague.
